No, we don't round up, for example if you box is 0.2 cubic meter you would only pay $3.00 per month since it's $15.00 per cubic meter.

Do we send our goods to your US headquarters or straight to Sweden?
Straight to Sweden.

When we ship our goods to you in Sweden do we need to pay customs?
Depends on your product, please send us an email describing your product and we'll find out for you.

How do we pay?
When you start you deposit an amount of money with us, you decide how much. We take our charges out of that and you can refill your account at any time.
You may pay us by check or money transfer. We also take PayPal. You get a username and password and you can login and check inventory levels, inventory history, order status, order history, account balance, account history.

Do you also serve companies that are not based in North America?
Yes, of course. However the payment by check in US currency might be unpractical for you. Please contact us, and we can set up a payment option that is compatible with your country's banking system. PayPal and wire transfers are the most popular options.

How is VAT handled?
We donít take ownership of the products we store, so the customer in effect orders from you in your country or state. You do get charged VAT and import duty on the declared value of the imported goods though. The exact amount depends on the product. You can calculate your VAT and duty here: .
